Japanese version of Blazing Lazers. The back cover has a couple wrinkles and there is a tiny scratch on the back of the card from insertion.

System Notes: The PC Engine is the Japanese version of the Turbo Grafx 16. PC Engine Hu card titles are incompatible with US Turbo Grafx 16 consoles unless a hu card adapter is used.
